Keeping you skin healthy for Seniors

Here are some Indian home-made tips for keeping your skin moisturized:

  1. Use natural oils, such as coconut oil, almond oil, or olive oil, to moisturize your skin. Apply a small amount of oil to your face and body after bathing, and massage it in gently to help your skin absorb the moisture.
  2. Make a natural face mask using ingredients such as honey, yogurt, and avocado. Mix the ingredients together to form a paste and apply it to your face, leaving it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
  3. Drink plenty of water to hydrate your skin from the inside out. Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water per day to help keep your skin plump and hydrated.
  4. Avoid using harsh soaps or cleansers that can strip your skin of its natural oils. Instead, opt for gentle, natural products that are free from harsh chemicals.
  5. Protect your skin from the sun by applying a natural sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. This will help to prevent sunburn and skin damage, and keep your skin looking healthy and moisturized.
